Ingredients

 
4 cups fresh spinach
 
3 tablespoons chicken bouillon
 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Artificial sweetener to equal 1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Remove stems from spinach; wash leaves thoroughly and drain.
Place in a large saucepan without adding any water; cover.
Steam 2 or 3 minutes, or just till leaves wilt; drain any liquid from pan.
In a cup, combine bouillon, lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt and sweetener.
Pour over spinach; toss to coat leaves well.
