Hot Spinach And Mushroom Salad Dressed With Yoghurt Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 pounds loose spinach or 1 1/2 10 ounce packages cleaned spinach | ||
| White vinegar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| Corn oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Ounce, thinly sliced | |
| Low fat yogurt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Teaspoon, squeezed | |
Directions
Wash spinach and remove all tough stems.
Drain well.
In hot oil saute mushrooms and onions until onions wilt.
Add lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and pepper and mix.
Stir in spinach and cook, only until spinach begins to wilt.
Remove from heat; stir in yogurt and serve.
