Hot Spiced Peaches Recipe
Ingredients
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 pinches of ground cloves
1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
10 peaches, skinned
Directions
1. Cut 10 pieces of foil into squares large enough completely to encase the peaches.
2. Mix all the ingredients except the peaches together in a bowl. Place a portion of mixture on each square of foil.
3. Roll each peach in the spiced sugar and seal them completely by folding up the foil and twisting the corners together. Cook on the barbecue for about 10-15 minutes, depending on how hot the barbecue coals are.
4. Serve in the foil.
