Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
2 teaspoons caraway seeds
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Place caraway seeds in container of an electric blender, process until finely ground.
Add remaining ingredients, and process until smooth.
Serve sparingly over cooked greens.
