Hot Satay Dip Recipe
Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
375 g crunchy peanut butter
200 g yoghurt
2 tablespoons fruit chutney
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1/4 cup coconut cream
Directions
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cook for 4-5 minutes on HIGH, or until hot.
Stir every minute.
Beat well.
Serve immediately with corn chips and fresh vegetables.
