Ingredients
4 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
1/3 c. chopped ripe olives
3/8 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped cooked ham
3 tbsp. diced dill pickles
1 1-lb. loaf unsliced bread
Butter
2 c. diced process cheese
1/2 c. milk
Directions
"Mix eggs, olives, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise and salt.
Mix ham, dill pickles and remaining mayonnaise.
Cut bread into 3 lengthwise slices.
Spread 1 slice bread with egg mixture; spread 1 slice bread with ham mixture.
Place slices together to form loaf; spread outside with butter.
place on baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Melt cheese in milk in double boiler.
Cut loaf into thick slices; serve with hot cheese mixture.
