Hot Prawn Satay Recipe
Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
24 large uncooked prawns shelled and deveined
1/4 cup natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon ground-onion powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
Directions
1.
Combine all ingredients.
Marinate prawns for 30 minutes.
Thread 4 prawns on each skewer.

Place prawns on High Rack and GRILL* for 7-8 minutes or until prawns turn pink.
