Hot Potato Salad With Vinegar Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
2 teaspoons imitation bacon bits
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Dash each salt and pepper
6 ounces peeled cooked potatoes, thinly sliced
Directions
In small skillet heat oil over medium heat; add onion slices and bacon bits and saute until onion is translucent.
Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture starts to boil.
Add potatoes and cook, stirring gently, until thoroughly heated.
Serve hot.
