Real Hot Pepper Sauce Recipe Video
This sauce is very hot and ver tasty. Easy to make, you can store it for two months. It can used in various meat recipes, some stir fry dishes and for sauted recipes also.
Ingredients
| Habanero peppers | 250 Gram | |
| Jalapeno peppers | 250 Gram | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 3 Cup (48 tbs) |
Directions
1. Take some green and red habanero, jalapeno peppers.
2. Remove stems/most seeds of peppers.
3. Slice the peppers.
4. Put them to a blender.
5. Add salt, and vinegar.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Pour it to a saucepan.
8. Medium-high heat the saucepan.
9. Bring it to boil, simmer for an hour.
10. Sterilize your bottles.
11. Pour sauce into bottles.
12. Seal the bottle with wax paper.
13. Refrigerate for 2 weeks before use.
