 Water4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Vegetable oil1 Teaspoon
 2 cups thin noodles, uncooked
 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Seasoning salt1 Teaspoon
 Onions4 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Egg1
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded Swiss cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper To Taste

Directions

Bring 4 cups water to a rapid boil in a heavy 2 quart saucepan.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and oil.
Gradually add noodles, being sure water continues to boil.
Cook noodles uncovered until tender but firm, stirring occasionally.
Drain; set aside.
In a 10 inch skillet, combine butter, 2 tablespoons water, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt and onions.
Cover and cook over medium heat until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove onion mixture from skillet; set aside.
Beat egg in a medium bowl.
Blend in sour cream, Swiss cheese, 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper.
Add cooked noodles; toss to coat.
Spread noodle mixture in bottom of skillet.
Spoon onion mixture over noodle mixture.
Cover and cook over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
