Hot Macaroni Salad Recipe
This hot macaroni salad is perfect for a filling and easy meal that can be fixed in no time. Cooked with bacon and onions along with bell peppers, this salad is filling and delicious when served hot
Ingredients
1 package (about 7 oz) macaroni
6 slices bacon, diced
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup salad cream
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1/4 cup green chopped pepper
1/4 chopped parsley
Directions
Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water.
While the macaroni is cooking, fry the bacon until crisp then remove from the pan and drain off excess fat from the pan, leaving about 1 tablespoon.
Add vinegar, onion and seasoning and bring to boiling point.
Add drained macaroni and all the other ingredients and toss lightly.
Serve hot with a green salad if desired.
