Hot Ice-Cream Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
12 cold dessert crepes
1 pint coffee ice cream
Chocolate or melba sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 475°.
Divide ice cream between the crepes and roll up.
Place in an oven proof dish.
Bake in hot oven for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with cold chocolate sauce or melba sauce.
