Hot German-Style Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 pound bacon, diced
3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup sliced green or chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Dash of pepper
4 cups sliced cooked potatoes
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
Directions
Brown bacon in blazer pan of chafing dish over direct high flame.
Remove bacon from drippings, drain and save.
Add celery and onion to drippings; cook until onion is limp.
Stir in next 8 ingredients.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Fold in potatoes, parsley, and bacon.
Cover and heat.
Place blazer pan in water jacket to keep food hot while serving.
