Hot Garlic Bread Recipe
Ingredients
1 loaf French bread
4 oz butter or margarine, softened
1 large clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Cut bread diagonally into 1 inch slices, cutting to, but not through, the bottom crust.
Cream butter with crushed garlic, spread between slices.
Press loaf firmly together.
Wrap in aluminium foil and seal securely.
Heat on barbecue over medium coals for approximately 20 minutes, turn loaf once.
