Ingredients
1 c. light corn syrup
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
6 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. evaporated milk
Directions
Step1-Combine sugar, syrup and water.
Step2-Cook to soft ball stage, using candy thermometer.
Step3- Remove from heat, add chocolate and stir until melted. Add vanilla. Slowly add evaporated milk. Mix well.
Step4-Keep refrigerated.
Step5-Heat to serve.
