Hot-Fudge Crepes Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
2 tablespoons rum
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
12 crepes
12 small scoops chocolate ice cream
Whipped cream for garnish
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan and blend in sugar, coffee powder, rum, and cocoa.
Add cream and heat to simmer temperature.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Fill crepes with ice cream and pour fudge sauce over filled crepes.
Top with whipped cream.
