Grand Marnier Flavored Hot Fruit Compote Recipe

Ingredients
| Pears | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Applesauce | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peaches | 2 Can (10oz), sliced | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed | ||
| 24 cooked prunes | ||
| Grand marnier | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Drain the pears, peaches, and pineapple chunks.
Slice the pears.
Puree the cooked prunes in a food processor or blender.
Combine the pears, peaches, pineapple chunks, pureed prunes, and applesauce.
Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, brown sugar, and Grand Marnier.
Mix well.
Cover and let stand at room temperature for several hours.
Heat in the top of a double boiler.
Serve hot.
