Hot Crab Salad Boats Recipe
Hot Crab Salad Boat is a nice way to serve a filling salad. Although this is a salad but it can also be served as a side dish or snack. Hot Crab Salad Boats taste better than any other salad. It is a great recipe to serve and share with your friends plus a healthy way include some good food in your diet.
Ingredients
| Lump crab meat | 1 pound | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs), canned | |
| Process Swiss cheese-1/4 pound, cubed | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hero rolls-6 long | ||
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Lemon wedges | 6 | |
| Ripe olives | 12 | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, add crab meat, celery, peas, cheese and parsley and mix.
2)Add mayonnaise and mix again.
3)Cut a slice from top of each roll and cut out middle with sharp knife to make boat-shaped shell.
4)Coat the inside with melted butter.
5)Fill the mixture and wrap each separately in foil.
6)Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
SERVING
7)Thread lemon wedge and 2 ripe olives on wooden picks and serve with each boat.
