Hot Crab Meat Appetizer Recipe
|1 flat can crab meat, drained and flaked|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, finley chopped|
|1 teaspoon cream-style horseradish Dash of pepper and salt|
|Sliced almonds||1/2 Cup (16 tbs), toasted|
Combine softened cream cheese, crab meat, onion, milk, horseradish, and seasonings, mixing until well blended. Spoon into pie pan or oven-proof dish; sprinkle with nuts. Bake 15 minutes. Serve hot as a dip or a spread with crackers, chips, or raw vegetables. Variation: Instead of crab, use an 8-ounce can of clams and a sprinkle of dill. Omit almonds.
