Hot Coconut Milk Shorba Recipe
Hot Coconut Milk Shorba has a different taste. The coconut milk and chilli powder gives the Hot Coconut Milk Shorba a two dimensional taste.
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups coconut milk
A few chopped curry leaves
A pinch of cummin powder
1 clove pounded garlic
A pinch of chilli powder
A pinch of mustard seeds
A pinch of fenugreek
seed powder (methi)
Salt
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a large deep bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.
Let it stand until cool.
Strain.
Pour into 2 cups and when ready to serve, microwave for 3 minutes.
