Ingredients

 Coconut milk2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 A few chopped curry leaves
 A pinch of cummin powder
 Pounded garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Chilli powder1 Pinch
 Mustard seeds1 Pinch
 Fenugreek1 Pinch
 Seed powder (methi)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a large deep bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.
Let it stand until cool.
Strain.
Pour into 2 cups and when ready to serve, microwave for 3 minutes.
