Semi-Sweet Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients
2 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup water
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 3/4 cups milk
Directions
Place chocolate and water in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds or until chocolate softens.
Blend well.
Stir in sugar and salt.
Slowly stir in milk.
Cover and microwave 6 minutes 30 seconds to 7 minutes 30 seconds or until hot, but not boiling.
