MAKING
1. To make hot chocolate mix, mix the milk, heavy cream and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add the mix into a sauce pot over high heat and whisk until it almost reaches a boil.
3. Next, add 1 cup good quality semi sweet chocolate chips.
4. Whisk the gourmet hot chocolate until melted. Next, add the pure vanilla extract.
5. Pour the homemade hot chocolate into your favorite mug.

SERVING
6. Top with whipped cream and freshly grated chocolate and serve.

TIP
