MAKING
1 In a pan, add the milk and gently heat it to an ideal drinking temperature without boiling it.
2 Meanwhile, in a mug combine cocoa powder with stevia.
3 Pour in just a small amount of water and blend well.
4 Add a drop of peppermint extract in to the cocoa mixture. You could also use your preferred flavor like vanilla or hazelnut.
5 Pour in the warmed milk and blend as shown in the video.

SERVING
6 Serve at once.

Thank you for mentioning the difference between "extracts" and "flavorings". Being in the extract business, I always have to explain the huge difference between these 2. Flavorings are imitations loaded with sugar. And extracts are the actual extract of the spice/herb. Big difference. Have you tried Hot Chocolate milk with spices like cardamom, ginger, etc? It tastes amazing.
