Hot Chicken Or Seafood Salad Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 onion, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
Pile lightly in casserole or individual baking dishes.
Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips.
Bake at 400° about 20 minutes or until mixture is heated and cheese is melted.
