Hot Chicken Canapes Recipe
Ingredients
1 can boned chicken
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops of hot sauce
3 tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Small toast rounds or crackers
Directions
Drain chicken; chop fine.
Mix chicken, seasonings, sherry and mayonnaise; pile onto toast rounds.
Broil until bubbly.
