Directions

Saute onion in butter in a large skillet 5 minutes.
Add next 6 ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese; mix well.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish; bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese over top, and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
