Ingredients

 Evaporated milk6 Ounce
 Shredded sharp american cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded swiss cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Bottled hot pepper sauce1 Dash (Bottled)
 Chopped pimiento1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Firm apples/Pears8 , cut into wedges

Directions

Combine milk, cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce in bowl.
Microwave 6 minutes on '6', or until cheese melts.
Stir once half way through, and again when removed from oven.
Stir in pimiento and serve hot, as a dip for apple or pear wedges.
Can be reheated.
For ovens without variable heat control, Microwave on Defrost and allow to stand 20 seconds after the first stirring.
