Hot Cheese Dip With Fresh Fruit Wedges Recipe
Ingredients
| Evaporated milk | 6 Ounce | |
| Shredded sharp american cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded swiss cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Bottled hot pepper sauce | 1 Dash (Bottled) | |
| Chopped pimiento | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Firm apples/Pears | 8 , cut into wedges |
Directions
Combine milk, cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce in bowl.
Microwave 6 minutes on '6', or until cheese melts.
Stir once half way through, and again when removed from oven.
Stir in pimiento and serve hot, as a dip for apple or pear wedges.
Can be reheated.
For ovens without variable heat control, Microwave on Defrost and allow to stand 20 seconds after the first stirring.
