Hot Cheese Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese | ||
| Unsifted flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Dash of Tabasco sauce | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine the Cheddar cheeses, flour, butter, Tabasco, garlic salt and paprika in a large bowl; work with a pastry blender or spoon until the mixture holds together.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Arrange balls on a baking sheet and freeze.
Place the frozen balls in plastic bags and store in the freezer.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Remove as many as you need at serving time.
Bake on a baking sheet for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
