Directions

In saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, 3 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup cream.
Bring to boil; gradually add remaining cream and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to soft ball stage (230° F).
Remove from heat; add salt and vanilla.
Serve warm.
