Ingredients

 Buttermilk21/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 whole slit green chilli deseeded
 A pinch of cummin seeds
 Turmeric powder1 Pinch
 Garam masala powder1 Pinch
 Pounded garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Onion1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a large deep bowl and microwave for 5 minutes.
Let it stand until cool.
Strain.
Pour into 2 cups and when ready to serve, microwave for 3 minutes.
