Ingredients

 
Roasted turkey slices (with salt and pepper at 375 degrees for 20 minutes)
 
4 oz (1 stick) butter
 
6 tbsp flour
 
1 ½ cup parmesan cheese
 
1 egg (beaten)
 
1 cup milk
 
2 cups heavy cream
 
Salt
 
Pepper

Directions

For the sauce:
Take a pan and add butter. Let it melt and then add flour. Keep stirring till nice and smooth. Add milk and cream to the butter. Bring to a boil. Now add salt and pepper. Add a spoonful of hot sauce to the beaten egg and mix well. Combine it with the other mixture. Turn off heat, add the parmesan cheese to it.

Take a baking dish, put in a layer of bread toast. Add the slices of roasted turkey. Pour in the sauce on top. Place 2 slices of bacon on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake.
