Hot Black Bean Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Black beans | 4 Tablespoon, boiled in salted water | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Water/Light stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn flour | 2 Teaspoon (Mixed With Cold Water) | |
| Cold water | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Mixed With Corn Flour) | |
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon |

Directions
Drain all the liquid.
Place the beans on a wooden board and mash with a fork.
Add garlic and mix well.
Heat oil and fry the bean mixture for a few minutes.
Add sugar, water or light stock and bring to a boil.
Stir in the cornflour mixture.
Stir well for a few minutes.
Remove from heat and use immediately.
Note: Also known as Chilli Bean Sauce, it is a mixture of fermented soya beans and ground hot chillies.
