1. Heat pan, add onions and ginger.
2. Add beef and ajwain. Stir it to mix.
3. Add yogurt mixture and stir.
4. Cover it and simmer on low until meat is cooked.
5. Serve this hot beef curry with ajwain and yogurt with steamed rice and a salad.
Ajwain in English means Bishop seed or Carom Seeds it is good for digestion but used in lesser quantity as it is bitter in taste.
