COOKED RICE A BOWL
TWO FINELY CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS (BOTH GREEN AND WHITE PORTION SEPARATELY)
ONE FINELY CHOPPED TOMATO
OLIVE OIL 3 TBSP
CUMIN SEEDS 1 TBSP
DRY RED CHILLIES 2
GINGER GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED 1 TBSP
GREEN CHILLIES 2 FINELY CHOPPED
RED CHILLI POWDER 1 TSP
GARAM MASALA POWDER 1 TSP
DHANIA JEERA POWDER 1 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER 2 PINCH
SALT TO TASTE
CORIANDER AND PUDINA TO GARNUSH
Directions
HEAT OLIVE OIL IN A PAN AND ADD CUMIN SEEDS,DRY RED CHILLIES,CHOPPED GINGER GARLIC,SPRING ONIONS(ONLY WHITE PORTION),TOMATOES,SALT AND CLOSE THE PAN.ALLOW IT TO GET COOKED FOR 10 MINS ON A SLOW FLAME.THEN OPEN THE LID ADD ALL THE THINGS EXCEPT RICE MIX PROPERLY AND COOK FOR A MINUTE,THEN ADD RICE AND AND MIX IT PROPERLY COOKING FOR MORE 3 MINUTES.GARNISH WITH CORIANDER,PUDINA AND SPRING ONIONS(GREEN PORTION).
