Ingredients

 
5 Cups chicken stock or 5 chicken cubes with 5 cups water
 
6 Flakes garlic
 
Salt and pepper to taste
 
50 gms. carrots
 
1 Spring onion
 
1 Capsicum
 
1 Cup chicken pieces
 
1/2 Tsp. sugar
 
3 Tsp. soya sauce
 
4 Tsp. vinegar
 
3 Tsp. cornflour
 
1 Beaten egg

Directions

Heat 5 cups chicken stock.
Add crushed garlic, salt, pepper powder, chopped vegetables, chicken pieces, sugar, soya sauce and vinegar.
Boil for 5 mins.
Mix 3 TSP sp.
cornflour with 1 cup of water and add to the soup.
Stir frequently.
Lastly add 1 beaten egg.
Stir and remove from fire.
FOR CHILLY OIL :- Heat 1/4 cup oil and add 1/2 Tsp.
chilly powder to it.
Serve hot.
with chilli oil.
