 Salad oil2 Tablespoon
 3/4 pound fully cooked sausages, such as bockwurst, kielbasa, knackwurst, or bratwurst, cut in 1/4-inch-thick slices
 White wine vinegar4 Teaspoon
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 1 teaspoon each celery seed, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), pressed
 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions, including some tops
 4 cups finely shredded red or green cabbage
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Microwavea 10-inch browningdish or skillet on HIGH (100%) for 4 1/2 minutes.
Carefully transfer dish (bottom will be very hot) to a heatproof surface.
Add oil and tilt dish to coat bottom evenly.
Immediately add sausages; stir and toss gently until sausages are lightly browned and sizzling stops.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute.
Transfer sausages to a dish and keep warm.
To drippings in browning dish, add vinegar, sugar, celery seed, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, and onions; stir.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute.
Add cabbage; toss to coat with dressing.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes orjustuntil wilted.
Stir in sausages.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Let stand for 1 minute.
