Ingredients
| 2 whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted | ||
| 4 thin slices red onion | ||
| White tuna | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Alfalfa sprouts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup low-calorie mayonnaise | ||
| 1 tablespoon unsalted sunflower nuts | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Place muffins toasted side up on paper towel-lined plate.
Top each with onion slice.
Set aside.
In small mixing bowl, combine tuna, alfalfa sprouts, mayonnaise, sunflower nuts, mustard and celery seed.
Spread one-fourth of the tuna mixture on each muffin half.
Top each with one-fourth of the cheese.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until cheese melts, rotating plate once.
Top each with onion slice.
