|Whole wheat english muffins||2 , split and toasted|
|Thin red onion slices||4|
|Canned solid white tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (Water Pack, 1 Can)|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low calorie mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unsalted sunflower nuts||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery seed||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Top each with onion slice.
In small mixing bowl, combine tuna, alfalfa sprouts, mayonnaise, sunflower nuts, mustard and celery seed.
Spread one-fourth of the tuna mixture on each muffin half.
