 Onions2 Medium, chopped
 Garlic4 Clove (5gm)
 Tomato1
 Tomato Paste2/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Unsalted water-packed tuna - 6 1/2 ounces (184 g)
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Basil2 Teaspoon
 Oregano1 Teaspoon
 Parsley2 Tablespoon
 Red pepper flakes1 To taste, dried
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Parmesan cheese - grated, for garnish

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Chop the tomato and onion.
2) Mince the garlic and parsley.

MAKING
3) In a pan, steam-stir onions with little water until transclucent and tender.
3) Add all the remaining ingredients along with tuna water.
4) Boil the ingredients and over medium heat simmer for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve the sauce over whole wheat pasta or spaghetti with grated cheese.
