Hot Tuna Sandwiches Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 tbsp. diet margarine | ||
| Green pepper | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| 4 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Skim milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 7-oz.can water-packed tuna (lobster or crabmeat may be used) | ||
| 4 slices toasted high-fiber or protein bread | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Preheat a nonstick saucepan for a couple fo minutes on low flame; melt margarine in it
2. Add onion and green pepper and saute for five minutes; Turn the heat off
3. Add eggs, milk, salt and tuna to it and cook for ten minutes over low flame until thick and creamy
SERVING
4. Serve as per your tastes
