2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
6 slices bread, toasted
 
1 can (6 1/2 ounces) water-packed tuna, drained
 
1/2 cup chopped celery
 
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
 
2 tablespoons chopped onion
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
 
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions

1. Melt butter in a small glass dish in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Brush melted butter on toast.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a 1-quart glass casserole. Cover with waxed paper.
3. Heat in microwave oven to serving temperature (about 2 minutes at High); stir once.
4. Spread on toast slices.
