Ingredients
60 ml (2 measures) Scotch whisky (or preferred spirit or liqueur)
1 teaspoon honey or soft brown sugar
Boiling water
Slice of lemon studded with cloves
Cinnamon stick
Directions
Pour whisky into large, warmed goblet, add honey or sugar and top with boiling water.
Add lemon slice and cinnamon stick and stir gently.
