8 ounces fresh green beans, cut in 1 inch pieces
 
2 tomatoes, sliced
 
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
 
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
 
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Directions

Cook green beans in a little boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drain and place on a large double thickness sheet of heavy foil.
Top with the tomato slices.
Combine chopped onion, butter, brown sugar, mustard, salt, horseradish, and dash pepper; beat till fluffy.
Dot seasoned butter over beans and tomatoes.
Wrap vegetables tightly in foil, sealing edges.
Cook over medium hot coals till done, 30 to 35 minutes.
