Hot Spinach Salad Recipe

Ingredients
| Spinach leaves | 2 Quart | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved | |
| Bacon strip | 6 , diced | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Combine spinach, onion and cherry tomato halves in salad bowl.
Place bacon in 2-qt. glass casserole.
Cover and microwave at high setting 6 to 8 minutes, or until crisp, stirring every 2 minutes.
Remove bacon and drain on paper towels.
Pour off all but 3 tblsp. drippings.
Stir together sugar, salt and mustard in 2-c. glass measuring cup.
Add lemon juice, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce to sugar mixture.
Add lemon juice mixture to drippings in casserole.
Microwave at high setting 1 minute, or until mixture boils.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Add bacon to spinach mixture.
Pour hot dressing overall; toss well.
Serve at once.
