Hot Spinach Lettuce Toss Recipe
Ingredients
| Leaf lettuce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Spinach | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Green onion | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Bacon Slices | 5 | |
| 1/4 cup bacon drippings | ||
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Blue cheese | 2 Tablespoon, crumbled | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a salad bowl, add all the vegetables, toss gently to mix.
2) In a skillet, saute the bacon until crisp, remove and drain on paper towels.
3) Crumble the bacon and scatter over the salad.
4) In a bowl, mix rest of the ingredients together, blend well.
5) Pour over the salad and toss gently to coat.
SERVING
6) Serve immediately.
