| Plums | 1 Can (10oz), halved | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |

| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange peel | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon |
Directions
1. Drain fruits, reserving 1 cup liquid. Put fruit into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
2. Combine reserved liquid with remaining ingredients, except butter. Pour over fruit. Dot with butter.
