Hot Spiced Tea Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon Stick - 1 no OR Ground Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Whole Cloves | 1 | |
| Nutmeg - a dash | ||
| Lemon Peel - 4-inch long strip | ||
| Orange Peel - 6-inch long strip | ||
| Teabags - 3 or 4 | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a 2-quart saucepan, mix together water, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, lemon and orange peels.
2) Cook on simmer for about 10 minutes.
3) Steep in the teabags into the mixture.
4) Stir well.
SERVING
5) Serve the Hot Spiced Tea with cinnamon sticks or candy cane swizzle sticks.
