Ingredients

 Water1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 3-inch strips of lemon zest, removed with a vegetable peeler
 1 whole star anise, broken into points
 Whole Cloves6
 2 teaspoons loose-leaf oolong or other black tea
 Honey1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1 In a small saucepan,add water,lemon zest,anise and cloves.
2 Bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
3 Remove from the heat and stir in the tea and honey. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes.

SERVING
4 Strain into a warmed cup and serve immediately.
