Ingredients

 TOMATO STOCK
 Water6 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 big tomatoes
 OTHER INGREDIENTS
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 1 tomato chopped very fine
 Cabbage1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Carrot1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 1 tbsp finely cut french beans
 Dried mushrooms2 Tablespoon
 1/2 tsp ajinomoto
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper powder1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Chilli sauce1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Vinegar1 1/2 Tablespoon
 4 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup water
 50 gms tofu or paneer diced optional

Directions

Pressure cook water and tomatoes together to give 2-3 whistles.
Strain.
Keep the tomato stock aside.
If dried mushrooms are available, soak them in water for 1/2 hour to soften.
Heat oil.
Add chopped tomato.
Mince while cooking it.
Cook for 1 minute.
Add cabbage, carrot, soaked mushrooms and beans.
Stir fry for 1 minute.
Add the prepared tomato stock.
Add all the other ingredients except cornflour paste.
Boil for 2 minutes.
Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously.
Cook for 2-3 minutes till the soup turns thick.
Add diced tofu or paneer.
