Ingredients
| 2 smoked mackerel fillets | ||
| Cottage cheese | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dried tarragon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 mushroom stalks, finely chopped | ||
| Garlic seasoning | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled), minced | |
| Paprika | ||
| Pepper | 1 (Garnish:) | |
| Lemon slices | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1 Lay mackerel fillets on an oval dish, tails to the centre.
2 Mix together cottage cheese, tarragon, mushroom stalks, salt, pepper and garlic, if liked.
3 Arrange on top of the fish, down the centre of each fillet.
4 Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on power 7 for 3 minutes. Drain, if necessary.
5 Garnish with paprika and lemon slices. Serve immediately.
