Ingredients
| White cabbage - 10 ounces, finely shredded | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, peeled, finely chopped | |

| Nuts | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Natural low-fat yogurt - 4 tablespoons | ||
| Horseradish sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large ovenproof bowl, combine the cabbage, onion, carrot and nuts.
2) On high power, cook for 2 minutes.
3) Mix well and then cook for another 2 minutes, or until the vegetables turn slightly soft.
4) In a small cup, combine the yogurt, sauces and parsley.
5) Over the hot vegetables, pour this dressing and toss well to coat.
SERVING
6) Serve the Hot Slaw in salad plates, immediately.
